Your cat is an individual with their own personality and will be treated as such.

Please advise us of any relevant information in respect of your cat’s health when making your appointment, an assessment of your cat will be done prior to grooming.

Please do not feed your cat at least 3 hours prior to the appointment.

Please do not bath your cat before its grooming session as this will cause any knots/mats to "tighten" and make grooming more difficult and uncomfortable for your cat.

It is not always possible to brush/tease out knots as this can be very painful and stressful for your cat, in these circumstances it is kinder to shave the knotted area.   However most badly matted coats CAN be saved without resorting to clipping.

Please note that no cat will be shaved/clipped for mere vanity reasons only.  Clipping the whole coat will only make the fur grow back thicker and does not solve the problem of moulting fur.

Most vets will clip your cat for a fee which is done under sedation.     We do not sedate your cat.

We aim to provide a calm and relaxing atmosphere with lots of cuddles for re-assurance thrown in!
